I got my start in
Construction and Service when my family moved to Tampa in 1969
when I was 16 years old. My father was the Facilities Manager
at the original Carlton Arms Apartment complex. I was
responsible for repairing drywall, painting and general
maintenance of the apartments. I have enjoyed doing Construction
and Service work for the past 40 years. In 2002 I started Bauer
Handyman Services. I head up the Community Action Team as a
volunteer at the Crossing Church in Tampa. Our team provides
construction services to underprivileged people in the Tampa Bay
area. I also volunteer at the Crossing Church in the children’s
ministry coordinating the Safety/Security Team.
